WBG has got to be the biggest Turd in the bowl. Look at their results, their leadership, and their salespeople. No wonder wireless business sales are down. Leadership took turd accounts, turd employees, and turd leadership and created a totally turd organization. What a waste. Valuable retail and call center employees would still have a job if Leadership would have gotten rid of this organization first. Ever since we began running the wireless side of the house like we did the telco side it has been nothing but a downhill slide. Turd new products (HUM, Go90, OneTalk,) Turd Advertising Campaigns ( Limitless Data, Better Matters, ) Turd Aquisitions ( AOL, Yahoohave) have been the norm. Welcome to Turdville is just stinks around here... Those of us left, who actually have talent, are just trying to stay low until the bowl flushes and hopefully some clean water saves us all!

I have noticed that they keep transferring low performing sales reps to this organization. I have seen it over and over. They make it seem as if that they are giving these employees a promotion by transferring over to WBG but in fact they are setting them up for failure in hopes of them leaving the company or getting RIF'D in the near future.
Instead of PIPing out or firing the people that need to be fired they keep them and send them to WBG with hopes that these dead weight losers will leave, now in a bind they RIF good people and VZW is stuck with all these non-preforming ego maniacs that have NO self awarness to know they should have been fired along time ago, lets not even talk about the people that have sεxually harrassed other employees and they moved them to WBG instead of firing them...yeah you know who you are.
So your saying Verizon is the toilet and the employees are the turds floating inside. And the WBG employees are the biggest turds. Got it.
WBG are pathetic. The WBG customers dont want anything to do with the sales teams because they KNOW they are f---ing idiots. Businesses have tuned out.
The real problem at verizon is they keep suppressing and laying off our talent. They flush everything BUT the sh--. The clog is management and they will continue to burn until this is corrected.
