Does anyone have knowledge of any centers that will be closing by end of the year ? And if so, when would the employees be notified? Thank You

tulsa is not under contract and we now have half the staff we had a year ago. I think shutting us down in very likely but this company will give us as little notice as possible.
I for one am getting tired of calling into Care and getting someone reading script and policy to me. They are sending everyone to COR stores for everything , even stuff we can't do, it's always a contractor too, because I ask for their attuid and they refuse to give it until I threaten them with a complaint , I look them up in webphone and boom....contractor....I wish they'd all go AWAY! They're ruining customer service. I wish I had a direct line to a real ATT employee when calling in

Too late for any centers to close by the end of the year. Contracts require a 60 day notice. I'm sure you'll be ok at least for this year.
