I just noticed on the front page of VZWeb is "Ask Lowell".. top liked questions will be getting answered live... noticed some very tough questions posted with a lot of LIKES. In particular there is a question someone posted asking why indirects now no longer require any signage separating them from corporate stores.. smh. Let's get more likes on this question so Lowell has to answer it. Whoever posted this is a genius. Log on and like the hell out of it and tell all your coworkers to do the same. I know id like to hear the answer from horses horse's mouth myself.

I smell fear.. tehe. Potential for union expansion is PRIME in the Northeast market.. management is being scrambled and holding secretive meetings. A lot of manager to manager whispering. It is clear they are preparing for war as instructed by the great leaders of this company. Any advice on what these warning signs mean and how to handle them??

I am sure they are more layoffs to come. The assistant managers think they are safeso they act like puppets trying to do and say the corporate answers. If they were smart they would look at the writing on the wall and find another job. The sales people might want to do the same. Call centers closing, retail es, ds, ops being let go. Sales you are next. Watch more indirects will open and more layoffs for corporate. Once Yahoo purchase complete they have to make room fir some of there employees so more cuts are coming in first quarter. Whether you chose to believe it or not more layoffs are coming. Verizon has ni morals so if you think they wont let you go, if you think because you are a great reliable and hardworking employee you are safe. Think again. You are just A NUMBER. They will throw you to the curve and try to give you aa little as possible even to tge point of getting rid of those who are close to retirement. The joke is on us. 2 years to retire and all gone because they are trying to save money to ensure the people at the top continue to get there big bucks and raises. If any of the people who just kick us to the curve reads this think what if the shoe was on the other foot. We have families, children and homes and bills now what. This is what you call working hard for the American Dream. More like who cares you were close to retirement lets get rid of them and save money. You could have let those within 5 years keep medical and dental but know let them figure it out tgem self they are no longer your concern

The call center in Sacramento is scheduled to be closed in January, this was just annouced today...very sad. Verizon use to be a great company to work for. People at the top have changed that for sometime now.
Missing the point here gang... ofcourse he won't answer this question.. but it would still be beneficial to get the likes way above any other question.. that way when they do the obvious and avoid the question.. it can be used as fuel to helo wake up more kool aid lovers. Sorry guys, Lowell will never see the questions, there are screeners that make sure that will not happen, they also make sure there are questions asked that Lowell WANTS to answer.
OP here... I dont know who posted the original question..but i imagine that person could careless about their job working for such a greedy company. Maybe if the person who posted it gets fired they will be happy..:D
Op, not sure if you just started paying attention to the eweb because it's your @$$ that's now on the line, but there are always questions with a bunch of likes that call out the leadership. Guess what? These questions never get answered. Lowell's answer to you, me and everyone else is simple. "F-- you, I'm rich bit(h!"
uh..we know he won't respond to it obviously because he cant.. however it would be nice to have that question reach an astronomical number of likes and then point out and ask why that question was not answered as promised??? Will make them look horrible, more than they already do.

Well if a question overwhelmingly has the highest likes and is disregarded it will only further show the true character of this company for many people still guzzling their looked. Can't hurt to get as many likes on this guy/girls post as possible..like that sh-- up. Expose these "leaders".
