Post started with New England IT which is NOT a call center. Folks hijack a thread. RIF is Nov 18th and off payroll Dec 23.
Now to answer call center questions, it would be wireless and NOT wireline since wireline is unionized and they are short on management and looking to hire people. Start a new thread.
