I have put my name in the hat for lay off, I cant take this anymore ATT has ruined it for me.. I am really not sure what to do after more than 15 years on the DTV side as a call center TL. Any suggestions on where to go?? I have no idea what I even qualify for now...its been so long. Just looking for ideas...I will have 3 months to come up with resume etc but I have NO IDEA where to go from here.

I was hit in the last layoff and it was the best thing that could have happened to me. I loved working for AT&T but my last group was toxic. No one was happy due to an unqualified hire from outside the company (Spouse in group insisted on hire). Totally destroyed the group dynamic. Be sure to take advantage of Risesmart and you will regain perspective and get a great resume and cover letter to boot. I don't really need to go back to work but I will for the right position. Rise Smart has great leads and advise!

Where are you located? There are call center jobs out there and given the turnover rate they are always hiring. Is your concern the level of.pay? Go for a sup position. Youre a lead and basically owning the same responsibility sans the title
