Team award is included in mgmt severance plan.
have to laugh, there was all this hype from at&t about how there bonus was going to me much more than the DIRECTV bonus, but you could clearly see from the comparison DIRECTV bonuses were far higher, IPI is BS and we'll never see a penny of it
For DTV bonus is part of compensation...I wonder how this works
courts have confirmed, that where bonuses are an implied or agreed-upon portion of compensation, employers must pay them.
I don't know if AT&T is necessarily giving bonuses as a portion of compensation rather as a reward for exceeding their metrics. In some departments this may be true though such as in sales.
