The atmosphere at El Segundo is the worst I have ever seen it. Initially, there was enthusiasm. Not anymore.

Randall showed us his true colors when he thought it was funny that we were in fear of a job cuts announcement when he called that last minute JD Powers"who cares" awards town hall.
All the sites are on their toes since thr severance notice arrival!
The DTV days have come and gone. ATT we know now today is of a different animal. I fear for myself and my for my peers.
DTV rebranded, new products, new people
It's not just El Segundo - Randall's reign of terror is pervasive throughout - by the time he is finsihed AT&T will be a brand only and all "innovation" outsourced to India. Like many on this site ahve said - Keep your head down and collect the check for as long as possible, this is no longer a career company, but a pass through for money to India.
We sold to IBM and they outsource to India, wonder where the only in the middle goes, there is no savings in this ponzi scheme.
And the Avp and director levels are next, so just smile and no theirs is coming
