Thread regarding AT&T Inc. layoffs

Legacy ("Core") tech packages EOY 2016-1Q2017; Layoff by EOY.

Privately the Company is planning a massive layoff of core techs by the end of the year 2017 with ALL core techs being surplused/laid off by EOY 2018.

@2dwq: AT&T wants contractors working in the field getting sync to the nid, customer pays fee if inside trouble, ship them a modem and make them buy DTV now.

I believe that Verizon Craft/Union just "survived" a so called union busting six week strike...... Rif's aplenty for the EWA workers. Look it up, or look around. Maybe T will integrate a self install feature in the AT&T app were they allow 2 hour access into the Central Offices and a map to the outside plant so the customers can connect their own service to their home.

Stay in your cubicle and worry about Buiishit building issues.
