We have a manager that has enjoyed great performance bonuses raises for years...turns out she has been adjusting customer accounts 30k per month to earn scores for her team for years...leadership is aware and has done nothing but praise..this kind of mnagement is the norm..and will they be severanced..prb not..only the honest hardworkers will.at&t what a joke.

If true, this needs to be reported asap. AT&T HR will deal with that quickly.
Sounds like another FCC fine/bad press is in the future. This post will likely be deleted soon too.
After the fine, expect a diversionary JD power type of award.
This needs to be reported to AP and the ethics line. If it's true, someone way above will make sure she is sh-- canned.
