WOW - all I can say is that if they've kept every promise they've made to you, and followed through with everything they've told you, then you're the exception to the rule and some kind of special. Just look at some of these other posts to see how the majority of the employees are treated.

Safe for part time jobs, just look at the job openings, term, PT, 1099, W2
We where told no more vendors would be used and jobs safe and would do hiring of more business care reps after January 2017
They promised us new computers and training and said we would start doing sales and that our jobs are not going anywhere and with all the layoffs being managers why would we think any different.
What are you smokin'? They're pushing a lot of that work to the app, and hiring for Customer Service like crazy in Slovakia and the Checz Republic. Between the app and outsourcing, it's only a matter of time before those positions don't exist in the USA.
