Thread regarding AT&T Inc. layoffs

Is a media company next on Randy's list of targets?

Bloomberg thinks so:

Possibly Time Warner or Scripps.

Time Warner? That's funny (Sarcastic). After what AT&T has done to Directv and AT&T employees, I can guarantee you that the the Feds will NEVER approve any more 'mergers' from AT&T. Actually, it appears as if they've gone back on their DTV merger promises to the Feds. The major layoffs are contrary to their contractual promises. I hope that the folks who fought the merger sue! Someone should. I've heard that they're laying off older, more experienced employees......here in CA that's called — Age Descrimintion.

Meyers (yahoo), Elizabeth (theranos) and Randy (att)... tech companies under "leaders" whose "gift of gab" blinded their boards/venture capitalists until it was to late to fix.

Where is AT&T going to get money to make such purchases of $50 Billion or more. AT&T is already in debt of $127B. They will have to layoff every single employee and that might not help them get out of debt.
