I like working for AT&T. All I ask is for truth in management... don't use 2020 to separate the heard. Give us fair evaluation and not bell curve results. TRAIN US OLD GUYS!!!!!!!!! We made the company and will do it again. Oh, by the way.. how many of you VP's forgot where you came from? Yes, you know who I am talking about. Shame on you! Shame!

They have to make it look good, their time is coming, some where before 2020.
All options are on the table he said, what we see , the old people, the senior people , all close to retirement, it is the only type
what do you mean rule 75. The folks are not being told they will be let go
They are not. I am ahead on my 2020, and it didn't matter. Also the rule of 75 doesn't matter either, many folks with in the rule are not being told they will be surplussed.
