The surplus paid for that signing.
I thought the timing was horrible. After our call that said we were in the "SURPLUS" talk we saw an email thanking us for customer service appreciation week and then a multi million dollar at least contract was the next email of signing Tailor Swift....WOW!

Shake it off, shake it off. Just like Randy is doing to hundreds if not thousands of employees this year. We all know workforce adjustments are necessary to remain competitive in this industry but this company is making hand over fist profits and its failure to "pivot" goes all the way to the top with Randy.
