As we've seen from previous posters the WF2020 training aka Capabilities Evolution is a worthless program in terms of keeping your job. It isn't factored in that you have completed it and most likely won't be considered by a hiring manager since it doesn't teach real skills. The WF2020 courses just keep the delusion of employment alive.

Worthless training, forget those certificates & nanodregrees, lead by incompetent managers, my tip to you.. Cisco CCNP opened the doors to a great career, something non existent at AT&T

I completed the course and got the axe in round 2 of the surplus.
I agree. The seminars are useless and not related to developing or teaching any skills.
