I heard the same news about retail. My GM was on a call this morning and called me asking if I want to pick up more hours in the coming weeks to make up for "some changes"
Any word on if local and national indirect are merging to reduce headcount? or just management?
I know the elimination of retail store experience specialist and retail store operations specialist is happening today. Those impacted will either be migrated to sales positions or forced out. Not sure about indirect or b2b though.

Hearing OS and ES elimination nationwide in Retail Wireless. Some stores going down to 1 SM. Indirect and Business will have many reductions. Support roles in wireless eliminated nation wide.

There's a call for all retail leadership General Manager and above tomorrow at 8:30am. District Managers had meetings today about it. Something is happening, not sure what but I know it impacts at least the NE and SE markets which have the same call at the same time.
