Randall loves black people. Until they get old. Then he just lays them off.

I will think of Randall the next time these BLM idiots stop traffic, loot and damage other people property. Smooth move Randall. You are a tool.

@JDLP7I2-1zyz - Don't believe your manager. He or she had input on your surplus.

And regarding R. Stephenson, his BLM defense is not credible considering the company's unfair practices.

Saying something like Black-Lives-Matter is not an exclusive statement. It does not exclude, the old, the white or the police.

It merely makes a particular point. It is like saying colon cancer matters, yes, of course it does, but that in no way diminishes the importance of lung cancer, Alzheimers or ALS.

I think being a white guy in my 60s matters, but I also think Black-Lives-Matter, they are not contradictory.

The important question for Randy is, why does he not think the lives of American workers and their families matter?

How about those who are over 50 lives matter. He directly has an impact on his over 50 year old employees by targeting them for layoffs especially if they meet the 'rule of 75' for retirement eligible. How about letting people retire with dignity instead of laying them off a few years before they can financially be able to retire. How do I know this? I was directly impacted by this. Always good reviews, had taken all required training plus many more courses. My manager could not even tell my why I was chosen for surplus, it was an HR decision not the manager decision.

It's admirable. And maybe even genuine. To the other poster, Duh ..all lives matter. To quote one entertainer , "save the whales " doesn't mean f--- all the other fish on the ocean.

But Randall ought to parlay fixing company culture. Make it ok to innovate again. He's all over the place same with his failed buying strategies. Fixing culture, fixes profits..all day everyday.

Why not fixing this company culture before opening his big mouth, priceless

What is Randal trying to run for public office? Actually all lives matter regardless of race, ethnicity or gender.

Randal should first focus on dealing with the mess he created in AT&T instead of talking crap.
