This was one of the worst companies I have ever worked for. The only thing I witnessed in the almost 4 yrs working here was how hungry they were for more and more $$$$$$the company wanted your blood sweat and tears and for the hard working and dedicated workers in the operations and experience roles those were the ones let go. I saw in my store an ES who's only worked there for maybe 2 yrs and not even put in half the work kept on . There is no loyalty there is only a-- kissing and I'm glad to have been let go because as others have stated let's be honest who was ever truly happy in this company. They over worked you, and didn't care and now the company has found a way to overwork the a-- kissers or the Kool aid sippers, which is by laying off all these positions and creating one role and making 1 person do the job of 3 or 4 people with no pay increase. Good luck to them. Cause no way in hell I would continue on with that even if I wasn't the one laid off. Opportunities await me.

Unfounded arrogance reigns supreme here amongst vz mc-management.

They do NOTHING to run the business.

But they feel all empowered and mighty.

F@cking clown ahow at vagizon....

Management jumped right in there and handled the situation. Isn't it funny how as soon as you mention that you are recording the call, Verizon immediately disconnects the call but they have no problem recording every call on their end and using those calls to suspend and terminate employees for frivolous reasons.
