The deal with Yahoo will not close till 2017.
No combined Rif's until then.
It might make more sense do dump union members, as they are not productive and are draining the profitability of the Northeast operations.

It's the new plan to keep charging and then declare bankruptcy in the Northeast so they can dump the pension and union folk.
$5 billion seems cheap compared to the $110 billion in debt. Skies the limit!
