Be prepared for another indirect layoff in November...it's coming. This is not going to stop until indirect internal employees are just about gone. 2020 people, the writing is on the wall.

Heard directly from leadership that there will be another round of layoffs in October for Indirect. Sadly National Retail is going to be hit once again
What you wil find is that some people on here have connections in certain areas and know what they are talking about. Others have no clue and only like to stir things up by posting false or very ill informed rumors. There's also the one(s) who like to post obscure news articles and investor opinions and twist them to mean things that they don't. The drawback to this anonymous posting is its not always clear who knows what they're talking about and who doesn't
some of the posts warning about indirect layoffs predicted the exact day 6 months before the announcement. half the people thought it was not true 60
I thought core was going to get wiped out and turned into indirects. You would think more indirect support would be needed if that were true.
I saw an earlier thread about 1st quarter no more AE's, just not sure how anyone knows this stuff for sure. I agree the writing is on the wall with the empowerment surveys, less operational items for AEs and just sales support and deposit waivers, but I'm skeptical about November because of the holiday season, but with this company you never know. Used to be a great place that people would love to work for, and nobody is forcing us to be here now, but sometimes having a job that pays decent and good benefits is better than no job or half the pay. That said, I'm actively searching outside the company to find a company that appreciates their employees instead of looking for robots in 2020...
