I have heard of a few stores in Southeast 4 I know of its coming quickly they are adding new building for these agents they are huge companies if you have a lot of agent around you worry no 401k pensions health benifits etc it's completely by and coming quickly
You're seeing a slowdown in Uverse because it is being phased out. Should be fully replaced by DirecTV by early 2017.
Think of it this way: if you have a high performing ATTR location in the middle of nowhere with no AR principal ready to fill that white space...you stay open.
Where are the geographic exempt markets
Expect retail to see their day by 2020. Most will be shuttered or turned over to AR unless you're in a geographically exempt market or store of the future.
