I did not believe the list of outsourced jobs posted in this post section. I thought they were made up.
Well less than 30 days later I see we have a meeting scheduled for a sad announcement. We checked and found out it is to announce the move of jobs to Luton England. All the center support and call support people.

I think the next call was in my group. We got the same bull. we are in Michigan.
I also though the list was something from other areas. On July 8th we were told to get on a conference call. A VP then announced a needed correction and there would be jobs moved to a more efficient area.
WE were all in shock. A question was asked on where they would be moved and how many.
He answered to London , United Kingdom. He then the entire department. Before anyone could ask another he said he had another call and disconnected. Nice no warning and no information.
Looks like work in Chicago is going away.
Many of the Slovakian openings require English language certification and work hours are listed for US schedules to support US customers The company has publicly stated they can get the work done 40% fewer workforce by 2020 In reality they are outsourcing that 40%.
I've been monitoring the frequency of the offshore job postings but I published this post for those who may be unaware.
The big postings started in about March/ April of 2015 - where have you all been. Just a matter of time and you all will be surplused. Howevet, when God is for you, who can be against you. Say Amen.
I also looked just to see if this was real. This list is only a few of the jobs being moved. I was shocked to see jobs in my building. It now makes it very clear why the work level has drastically dropped and why we cannot get answers on why and where it went when the customers are still there.
What the hell is ATT doing trying to move to another country to avoid taxes?
You think it's only a few job titles? just look at these from the ATT hiring site generally well hidden from employees. Every one of these are jobs currently in the USA.
