Moved to Reno when I retired 6 month ago from ATT. Went with Charter. I get 60mbps internet + a whole lot of catv channels. To hell with ATT retiree discount.

Yes, most people in out unit have perfectioned the art of kiissing a--, after all i have in this company, there is no doubt , that people who s--- up to their bosses will inevitably outperform those who don't. And we don't need any academic degree to confirm this!, I am not sure what will happen when there is not reliable resources to do our work, the pool of knowledge is thinning fast!!!

He gave a speech to the Boy Scouts (he's now Pres.) that change is essential. He's branding and "pivoting" himself as a Change Maker/Expert. Too bad his audience can look behind the red curtain and see all the destruction (nope, not disruption or even valuable chaos). He's latched on to some buzz words and made a grand mess. And facilitates an environment of spin and wiz bang talking - to explain more mess. Rinse wash repeat. The stock uptick is superficial. It's not because of new products, innovation. It's just outrunning your expensive mistakes with whack a mole economics (like surpluses).

This is what happens when you expand and try to compete in areas you are ill-equipped in. Telecommunications companies have a recent history of taking good things and making them bad. They should focus on what makes them billions of dollars each quarter and quit wasting money, resources and most importantly, workforce to "keep up with the Jonses'. Telecommunications groups have been ruled by idiots for decades. They will all run into the ground eventually.
