So what does it mean if a company called Davaco does a survey of a COR location? The lady told us that we are being remodeled however, we were just remodeled a year ago. Does that mean we are turning dealer?

It's a head cut company. they look at the cost vs profit and set the number to be over. If not then the store closes. If the store is doing good but would profit more by going to a contractor then it closes and is changed to a contractor store.
This involves the continuing closing / swapping to dealer activities. COR will be flipping numerous locations nationwide as the cost cutting / surplus goes into full force.
Davaco is a consolidation consultation company. Most likely going to a variety of stores in a particular market to make recommendations on store closings.
