Glassdoor is a website that is supposed to reflect what real employees think about a company. A couple of months ago many of us former employees posted accurate reviews. Management creates fake reviews that oppose everything being reported by the real employees. This week, they're loading the site with thin, fake reviews. I'm assuming they want their "start" rating to increase. Sounds like a BS performance metric for a recruiter or an HR VP.
If you haven't reported the truth to Glassdoor.com, please do. One way to get them to stop abusing staff is if they can't hire any more staff. Your anonymous review will help.
