So you have nothing better to do than keep track of 1 exec. Calling BS on this troll.
What losers
Then they have the nerve to call HR because they aren't being treated fairly & HR throws people under the bus & sides with the lazy staff.
I agree and know exactly what you are talking about. A manager who has been there a long time actually virtually operates another interest during company time and out of bookstore. No wonder people were walking out with books.
And I am tired of staff coming doing nothing then complaining because they want more hours & because the old manager bought lunch a lot, expect the same from new manager. Lol
I came in at 9am, took lunch from 11am to 1:00pm and left at 3pm. I played video games and shopped online.
As a new store manager I get in at 8am usually leave at 5-6, no lunch, also the textbook manager & trying to get this store back on its feet. Little support or guidance from HO, I have to ask for it, plus, took a huge hit in pay. Not working too much longer.
So what differences that make? There are employees that get there at 6:30 AM never take a lunch and leave at 3 PM and sit on their asses all day and do absolutely nothing. Since they been there 15+ years, they feel they've earned the right to do mediocre work. The issue is the quality of the work and the time spent doing quality work-if you sit there and waste eight hours versus getting there for six hours and are actually productive, you are actually producing work. The reason that corporate America overall is in the state that it's in, is because the structure is top-heavy, gives people raises for 10 year versus performance, and does not motivate people to want to produce more work. What's needed here, is true leadership-too bad we don't have any.
