Verizon will continue to do as they have. Increase GREEDY PIG executive compensation each year (Lowell $18.5M) while they take from the minion staff. LTI was previously for all employees but now it's only for Directors and above who receive a Long Term Incentive bonus. The union folks are better off than the non-union because they have representation. Union staff received guaranteed salary increases and an increase to their pensions because they have the union. Staff not represented continue to receive less so the GREEDY PIGS can get more. Plus they hire more GREEDY PIG executives.... Why you ask? Because the ones we have aren't capable of doing their jobs. This used to be a company where all staff were rewarded and worked together.... now it's only the GREEDY PIGS who receive the rewards.
That's right that's how Vz will save $$$ just cut the older folks so they don't have to pay the same benefits as the older folks got when they where hired.just hire the new generation and abuse them ,I'm kind of glad that the Union won in the NE ,I was very anti union at one time ,but the things I see going here at Vz ,the writing is on the wall.
