Mid coast energy partners is loaded with incompetent management.You see at Midcoast energy partners director of operation services and project management is more concerned on how well his subordinates s--- up and kiss a-- than what they actually can do or how well they do their job.
Layoff is inevitable as enbridge will be under massive debt with Spectra acquisition for $30 billion in addition to Spectra energy existing debt. Unlike companies like Apple they don't have any hard cash.
Heard 10% workforce reduction due to merger.
For the most part Spektra managers are pretty good however they face similar challenges as what I've seen on reviews websites.
This "Results Delivery Office" (RDO) that Enbrg has set up sounds kind of scary, though...

Now that enbridge is purchasing spectra energy hopefully there'll be some changes in the management
