AT&T is planning on selling its Digital Life business by EOY16. Rumored to be buying the business is Vivint which has its own home automation service.

Any updates on this rumor? In FL stores, OPUS showed D.L. as not being available to order for a good 6 weeks up until the other day. D.L. is a non-factor for comp and rankings now. Anybody know something?
Yeah, I'm calling BS on this one.
Not sure I believe this one. DL is hiring and spending money like crazy. Normally that kind of stuff gets frozen well before a sale.
However, I know, we are selling the platform to other companies, to resell as their own. Most of that action has been overseas. I wouldn't be surprised to see domestic companies do the same.
All I can say is it's someone that reports to Pedersen, CEO of Vivint.
