Rumor has it from an unnamed company officer that Randall will be exiting the company by or in 2020 and Ralph will be our next CEO.

The new CEO process takes about 2 years but at a larger company like ATT it could be earlier. 2017 makes sense when they start the transition and 2019 they have it filled

Replacing Randy with Ralphie is like replacing Syphilis with Gonorrhea.

Randall leaving AT&T the best thing since sliced bread. He needs to take his minions with him. AT&T needs to secure leadership from outside the company

LOL..Used car salesman is an understatement. The failed Tmobile deal should have had the board looking at him sideways. It sends an awful employee message - that you can continue to make horrible mistakes at the expense of your ego, and you'll still be rewarded.

In my opinion, Ralph is apart of the bad culture too. So is Stankey and so is Donovan. They all look the same (yes, even Ralph), sound the same and created the same stagnation and mired down "innovation".

Ralph though happens to be the better of all the other evils.

AT&T needs a change. Randall should of been fired long time ago. He looks to me as a sleezy car salesman.
