Looks like the field support work for Mobility equipment will be outsourced to contractors. The mobility technicians and the people in field OCATS who support them will be losing work. Wonder who else will loose work.

Is OCATS the ATS group? if it is then it answers why we are seeing more and more contractors doing work in the MTSO's and cell sites. Those people were very good but because they are management and probably paid more than contractor's it answers why. They never did our job only supported us and helped us learn. The contractors are here when we arrive and never ask us to do anything. When we ask what they are doing we get " work we were hired to do"
