Organizations that are struggling finacially are able to sign labor contracts all the time, so why cant McAdam do the same. The union needs to know that in 3 years the fight will be even harder.

Sorry you union guys feel that way , I guess I would also if I was in your shoes.well this is for my fellow EWA's be aware a really BIG RIF is going to come for us after this strike is over heared like 20 k will be let go over a 1-2 yr period. .so get your resumes ready. As have I.im preparing myself so just taking their money now and doing very little, the ones that are trying to be super stars are more stupid than these union guys..
