Would like to hear that they are at least making progress. Are they just going through the motions? Is the pissing contest now in front of the DOL? This is getting old fast!

This will come down to customer loss vs cost savings. From shareholder perspective is cost savings of replacing Union worth some $$ of lost revenue while replacements learn to perform at an acceptable level? Who knows. Time will tell.

Heard local presidents are still in Washington. Still talking and making progress. No specifics but talked till midnight last night. Slowly but surely getting there.
Call center work is getting easier. Had several times today with no calls coming in so either volume was down or temps ramping up. Moving to 10 hour days in a week. Seems crazy to me to watch jobs that pay so well fade away but I guess you know what you are doing. Sure expected to have an update from execs on both sides by now. Neither side probably bending. Pissing match of big egos.

I heard meeting broke off early for the holiday, they are going to start up again next Tuesday or Wednesday
