Must have steered 50 customers away from vzw. I love telling them about better deals at att t-mobile sprint metropcs. I tell them coverage is the same unless you are going to Idaho or the upper peninsula of Michigan. I don't mind this because I am told so often that wireline and wireless are different. Zero loyalty to verizon wireless. Really don't care if the stock plummets. I own no verizon stock and just like how verizon treats customers and employees by gutting contracts for profit and raising customer rates for profit. I will treat them the same and take as much as i can from them with no regard of loyalty. hopefully tomorrows a better day.

You must not be picking in northern Virginia. The few "picketers" I've seen are either walking mindlessly back and forth or, more often, sitting in camp chairs talking and snacking. I go in an VZW stores I see just to mess with the union dweebs. I'd love to waste some of their time getting them to try to talk me out of buying from Verizon but they never seem to move their overweight out of those chairs!
Let the customer at these stores understand that the CEO is out sourcing the jobs to the Philippians and Mexico.

You are right nobody owes me anything and I owe the company nothing. Just like they offer customers substandard service. I will take every last nickel I can from them just like the executives and more power to me for doing it.
Same here we steer a lot of people to AT&T. Or we send them to a non company wireless store if they are stuck in a contract or whatever. At least the corporate store has the loss in sales

Funny, activity at the wireless stores is dramatically down- I bet they will still write that off to the wireline side of the business like they do everything else. We turn away A LOT of customers everyday when they here our side of things.

Your ignorance is remarkable in that is sums perfectly the problems with Verizon. Verizon's employees and the networks, maintained by those employees, are/were the reason that our customers were willing to pay a little more.
But since the company would rather hire unchecked and untested techs, and over-degreed but under educated managers like you - the only possible outccome can be a loss of profits and efficiencies.
