They wouldn't really replace us, right? The millions being spent on hiring/training and standing up call centers all over the country is just a big bluff, right? Company is on the edge off collapse, about to cave, right? If we hold out longer that will strengthen our position. I'm just sure of it.

Actual answers to your questions: Yes they will replace you, no it isn't a bluff, and no, 7% of the the profits (which EWA and contractors are taking care of) will not cause the company to collapse. Hope no-one is holding their breath.

@wtk You have to realize that at some point, people have to start looking after their families. So far, most union people have put their pride, arrogance, and greed ahead of their families. I really don't care if any of the union scum ever come back. But you shouldn't judge those who do. You don't know their situation.
