Thread regarding Verizon Communications Inc. layoffs

The union and company have agreed to take a four day holiday break from bargaining. Both sides feel like relaxing at home with family and friends. All ewa's are required to work and all union picketers are required to walk in circles. We will resume talks on the31st. We cannot tell you anything else because we are not allowed.
