Texas is one of a very few states I'd consider relocating to. Glad it's not some awful place with high taxes like union territory where I grew up.

That will be the new job location for all of us on EWA's .I hope you informed your families that you have to relocate..OH I forget the company is not going to relocate us they are just going to replace us with lower wage workers thats what im hearing.so really Im thinking that the union is correct in their actions.But we have no choice so while on this forced EWA I will be doing very little not that ive be doing much cause this outside crap is not for me, im a 24 year office guy, so take their money while it last..thats how is going to be for me for now on because this company doesnt give 2 cents about us...unless you are a big wig or have a hook in this company aka nepotism and favoritism. ..they dont care so will I....
Hold out property from the GTE days. I think after this is done VZ may contemplate a HQ move to TX for tax reasons - this is speculation, no hard information.
Old news. This will be the new company headquarters in the future once they dump Wireline. Basking Ridge and Ashburn campuses have already been sold.
They have a developer heading this project. Verizon is just providing the land which it already owns. I heard this will be a high tech development
