Layoffs in Indirect Sales and media today. Operations department is next. Security and janitorial contracts and worker progress being evaluated. Some smaller regional offices also had layoffs today too

operations will get rolling layoffs in different sections starting this year. if you support sales you need to get ready very soon.

Hawaii retail lost most of their Indirect channel employees but only a few employed there anyways. Alaska is the newest submarket and the model for where the company is going so very few layoffs there. Alaska has been converting corporate owned stores to authorized retailers. Alaska corporate store employees have few choices to move so they are forced to go non union from union jobs because of geography when they come the remote stores.
Not sure about Hawaii and Alaska but I can confirm what @HyoYbyU wrote.
