@lyh - I think this term "gag" order is being misrepresented. I think it's more along the lines of "who is gagging on who"?

I'm a union guy, and this just sounds like saving face. No we're not in mediation like we could have had 6 weeks ago, this is cooperative bargaining with 2 party's and a neutral 3rd party. We Won!
