So are you in an ATT call center in Flordia or Directv?
Im in a call center in Florida, we have between 300-400 people. Customer service/sales.
I'm on the AT&T side and honestly we hear rumors only so we are in the dark.....but I can honestly say our calls have gotten worse by the day.
So I'm in TX won't disclose which one, we haven't heard anything and probably won't, they are not going to let us know until the day off.
I just want it to be over with I am already accepting the fact that layoffs are coming soon or I feel a STRIKE in the air.

I'm in the Huntsville Dtv call center. I've heard that ATT call centers have about 400 employees. Don't know if that's accurate but if so I would assume Directv would have the greater impact
What dtv call center are you at? I'm at the Tulsa one. I know we are yall going to eventually be cut in just wish they would just get it over with.
I don't know if call centers are closing. But just wondering are you on the Att side? And if so what's the head count on ATT call centers . I am on the Directv side and we have about 800 employees or just a little more. Now I'm thinking cuts will be eveywhere
