Thread regarding Verizon Communications Inc. layoffs

Really? ..Verizon Management?

It's really interesting to see posts from management talking so much ridiculous trash. Most management I know understand that our working conditions and pay structure is the benchmark in which theirs is based. Soooo, the more we lose the more they lose. I also find it funny that anyone allows management folks on here to get you worked up. Do you really think that the same folks that aren't even trusted to order a screw driver are all of a sudden entrusted with proprietary information from the bargaining table? You've got to get to pretty much VP level in this company before you get to people that hear anything and even then its minimal.

We will never forget the hatred and humiliation and classes way you treated us. You Aholes will pay. May take a month, or it may take a year. You better be looking over your shoulder every day. On slip, and your gone. You'll wish for pre April 13th - and we will remind you every morning . Make sure you read the fine print of that contract. See you soon Union Thrash.

The tables will be turned once the strike is over - You Union AHoles thought it was bad before - not even close to what it will be. Licking our chops to get you back in - just to F with as you have us. You'll get fired/RIF'd/ - plan old run out - we will be up your ass24/7 making your life miserable. Enjoy your unemployment and time off. Hell is around the corner. Looking forward to returning the favor.

Local long time management. I do agree with OP. We only make a percentage above the craft . Although you have better health plan than we do. I for one do not take pleasure working all these hours while my craft team is out.

I'm sorry. I didn't realize that we were only looking at "right now". There's many circumstances that lead to the "us against them" atmosphere and I assure you it didn't start on 4/13. If you want to play the "good vs evil" card and just be a victim in your so simple view of things then most people are right on this site...it's a waste of energy

They (management EWA's) are getting spit on -followed -tape - pictures place on Facebook and called scabs and threats made against them. That started day one. Union created any and all issues. They showed their true colors. EWA's aren't the issue.

This site is total trash. Don't think managers and scabs are posting here because they're way too busy with forced ot, duh. What you are mostly reading is from bored people who don't get invited anywhere or have friends or anything else to do but play fantasy games on the web. Gay.

Let's be real here... it's a very mutual us against them mentality. ..and in many instances the lower level management with good intentions is pressured to administer things they themselves don't agree with which adds more fuel to that environment ..."more with less" creates pressure no matter what and pressure creates resentment.

I think the union creates an US against THEM mentality... It creates a hostile, unpleasant, unbearable work environment. It is not good for both sides...JUST SAYIN...
