Yes im aware of the difference, Im a blended RAE NR/Authorized. Just looking for anyones insight as there has been no official informations since 4/22 including what exactly this reorg looks like after the cuts except anyone who is left after will have more locarions. I do know Authorized Retailers were told to expect less support and need to do more on their own including credits.

Ive also seen a change in Authorized distribution shifting to fewer national retailers to the extent that in my area Spring has almost all of the stores, this is a big change from the "dont put all of your eggs in one basket" approach to dealers I have seen in the past.

When you say RAE's are you aware that National Retail is NDAE?

Authorized Retailer is RAE

You think they'll cut RAE's over NDAE's?

I don't.......I think they're gonna slash NDAE jobs by 40-50%.

RAE's are much more respected in this company

RAEs will be getting cut the most of all positions during this layoff.

My gut feeling is RAEs will be NR only and have 30 doors at the very least. They suggested people that do stay on will have "huge" territories but they will take some of the administrative duties off the plates. It does not seem like the RAE position is here to stay, only a bridge to the next solution in lowering expenses in the area.

I'm seeing as high as 66% in my territory being cut and a total of 48% collectively between all positions.

Territories will be big indeed.
