Does anyone knows what's happening to us, we see many posting but nothing about Texas Area, are we at risk? Our offices are been updated with many nice things but know one talks about anything. Does CSR or Retention depatments are been also affected? Have anyone heard anything about Texas?

What I know after speaking with local management is that they are on pins and needles waiting to hear who will be hit once that happens they foresee the managers span of control jumping to 20 and possibly more reps. The managers are too worried about themselves to think of anyone else. However, interpret this how you like, but the company is expanding their Slovakian operations starting in May thru September of this year Company is hiring for mobility, sales, dtv and uverse support and customer service specifically for US customer base.
