You are the future. The future trainers that will make your future subordinates the best ever. Perfect techs that will ensure your bonus. That should be a driving factor in doing the job correctly.
So why all the posting on this site about money and all that? We have worked it and made the money. After a while it just doesn't matter.
It doesn't matter because your managerial skills suck! Management has not broken the union at all. The only thing they have broken is the desire of people to show up and give a rats a$$. Why do a great job so that a manager can look good and treat their people like crap.
