Company agreed to keep jobs in USA. They will also bring jobs back so much per year for next 5 years. In return union has caved in on job security. There is no more job security for those hired prior to 03

coming on this board really brightens my day, i take nothing from this board and run with it. It is purely for entertainment purposes. On some occasions i will read an article and think, oh cool more BS. Again, this is purely comical. It was once an actual good place to come for layoff information but not its just "cool" to post nonsense.

No. The '00 was 3 years, the '03 was 5 years and in it those hired after 2003 - not after 2004 - were stripped off of job security provisions.
2008 contract was also 3 years, as was the 2012.
F--- out here folks hired after the 2004 contract never have had job security anyway. There was no 3 year agreement back in 04. From 2000 each contact was 4 years
