I know my time is coming i just wish they would just get it over with. I don't know why they are putting it off. I have been told it would happen before the 27th. Just trying to find out when I should be expecting it to happen.

DIRECTV treated their customers and their employees much better. They realized people (cutsomers and employees) were their greatest asset!! AT&T is greedy and dont care who they hurt. They are hurting the economy (laying off employees and sending jobs over seas) the same economy they promised the FCC and government officials would be helped by allowing this acquisition. what a joke!?!?
Att owns all the centers dtv owned so unless it was contracted to another company they own it.
I work at a Directv call center and all but one call center are owned by ATT now
As per the "new normal" since AT&T acquired us, not one bit of information. This lack of communication is unfair to so many people. As DTV folks, it's completely opposite of what we are used to. Doubtful they can completely close DTV call centers by the end of the month. However, I can see some serious stuff going down by end of the summer and/or when lease renewals for these sites comes up. Prepare yourself. I know exactly how you feel as far as the waiting without any communication that is definitive. Hang in there!
