I heard that if our trainers and coaches refuse to travel (since it is not in their job descriptions) that they are getting fired. Is this true? Can the company do that legally? If so, how? Technically, DTV is still under those salary structures and most policies of DTV, so how can they pay people less to do the same job as someone in the AT&T org before 1/1/17? This is not what we have been told all along.

Is anyone still hiring at the Denver, Tulsa, and Missoula O&Os? This is some shady stuff going on. No one in L&D knows what is going on and are being told to travel or get fired. Morale at the center is as low as it can get. I went to a meeting where the leadership was brainstorming ideas to improve morale and saying that it's fear that is causing them to have low morale. Well duh. No information and lots of speculation will kill morale.
The Tulsa trainers and coaches are traveling. I know a few that told them they weren't going to travel. And they are still there pretty much waiting to get let go. I know they have no position. That's what the one coach told me at least. Says he pretty much comes in and goes home when he wants. He said he just waiting on his pink slip.
