The union will not be successful in attaining their demands. The strike will be settled but the union will have lost and the strike will be for nothing but financial pain for the workers. Go back to work and be happy you have a job.

Its interesting that youd take that stance when the unions cost the company more than they deliver. Its non union workers who mitigate that loss. Why cant you union people accept that EVERYBODY cant have nice things? Someone will ALWAYS have the sh-- end of the stick.

@HtVMHmP-usg---- That is your opinion. Many have the opposite opinion. Outsourcing has become a business model at the expense of the very people they service. Its not sustainable. Short term benefits with long term negative affects. People grow and still don't get the chance expand. I know your not that naïve.

The union really embarrassed themselves with the Philippines "bust". Outsourcing is only feared by people who refuse to develop and grow themselves professionally. We are able to focus on more important tasks when we let foreigners do our grunt work on the cheap. But if answering phones is all you can achieve in this life then I see why you whine.. Pretty soon you wont even be able to stock shelves.
