This Union post reminds me of little league baseball. Your team gets beat 20-2 but your coach says everyone is a winner. There is nothing you can't overcome if you stick together and ignore reality.

Hahahahaha. Enjoy the mental gymnastics you will have to go through to make the LBFO prove the union won. Sure you will get a small amount of back pay but it will not offset the full impact of all the weeks off lost work. We went on strike saying GIVE US A FAIR CONTRACT. We get LBFO and say F-that GIVE US A FAIR CONTRACT. 6 weeks later you take the LBFO and scream from the roof tops.....WE WON!! Take that management scum. Hahahahaha priceless.
