According to a management source that I've spoken to, it will start next week. The numbers have sunk below all lows, at least in NY. Combine completely unrealistic expectations with an untrained workforce and yeah...productivity has gone down the toilet, and heads will roll, although not necessarily the right ones, but that was never an issue...

@fxk - Don't leave out the Union Members use of the site to make everyone believe they are winning. And the CWA is responsible for for everything.

This whole site is a big bag of nothing. Anyone with ANY IQ knows what gag orders mean. No information is going to come out until the strike is resolved, probably within one week. No one is benefitting from it, not employees, Verizon itself, management, shareholders, vz wireless, etc. Only benefitters are scabs, who, be honest, are clueless Gypsies wandering from job to job.
Verizon's specialty is a big flaming bag of nothing and then telling you that you loved it. Plus JD powers award for best flaming bag of nothing. Mcadams gets $20million for flaming nothing. Verizon loves puppies, kittens, and transvestites.
Fran is speaking to Wall Street when he talks. The fact that talks were restarting can be perceived as progress without having any other evidence to back it up. He has to give investors a positive spin.
