I dread the day the strike ends, because that means my biggest headache returns to its regular jobs. my 6s and 7s will all be whiny bitches, telling stories, bring down everybody's productivity. The people who stayed back and covered will be crabbing about not getting OT to do 2 (or more) jobs. Everyone will want vacation. They'll also be full of spit n' vinegar because they'll believe they did the Company a favor, so they'll want something in return. I'll get all sorts of grief about missed objectives, lower merit increases, expense reports, advances, you name it.
For all the pain you EWAs and Strikers cry about, us Directors have it worst of all. The only upside is that my fully vesting stock options will just about equal my salary when I sell. Oh, and you suck.
